《新型冠狀病毒感(gan)染的肺炎診(zhen)療方案(試行第五版)》中提到:“病毒對(dui)紫外線和熱敏感(gan)”。自(zi)然(ran)界里,太陽光含有一定的紫(zi)外線,但是(shi)并不(bu)(bu)能直(zhi)接殺死新(xin)(xin)型冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)。新(xin)(xin)型冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)對(dui)(dui)熱敏(min)感,耐低溫,在超過攝氏56度且至少維持(chi)30分鐘(zhong)以上,溫度、時間缺一不(bu)(bu)可,才(cai)能有效(xiao)地殺死新(xin)(xin)型冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)。目前對(dui)(dui)于冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)病(bing)(bing)(bing)理化特性(xing)認識均來自(zi)于對(dui)(dui)SARS-CoV和MERS-CoV的研(yan)究,研(yan)究結果(guo)顯示病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)對(dui)(dui)紫(zi)外線敏(min)感。紫(zi)外線燈通過照射微生物,對(dui)(dui)細菌、病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)的DNA及RNA進(jin)行破(po)壞,使細菌、病(bing)(bing)(bing)毒(du)(du)(du)喪失生命力(li)(li)及繁殖(zhi)力(li)(li),以此達到(dao)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)殺菌潔(jie)凈的效(xiao)果(guo)。
